Cleaning & Re-gasketing

On site cleaning (mobile/stationary):

We have the right CIP cleaning system for your needs, both mobile and stationary with vessel sizes of between 15 litres and 2,500 litres. The pumps can run with 230V/50Hz and 60Hz or with 110V/60Hz, depending on your requirements. We will obviously also supply you with the cleaning chemicals which are required for all of the mobile and stationary CIP systems including product descriptions and instructions for use, in addition to the corresponding data safety sheet (in all EU languages) which has especially been written for gasketed plate heat exchangers, etc. This thereby ensures a cleaning which cares for the material but at the same time shows great effect.

Re-gasketing:

It speaks for itself that we can also offer complete re-gasketing work. You send us the plate heat exchanger (PHE) which is to be overhauled or the removed plate packet (you can also commission IS-Service with the removal and installation) and we will take care of the rest. After a short amount of time, you will receive a fully regenerated (n/s) PHE or plate packet respectively.

The re-gasketing work comprises the following measures:

  • Inspection and checking of the components upon receipt
  • Confirmation notification to the customer (subsequent modifications can then be taken into account)
  • Cleaning in an immersion bath including a removal of the gaskets, drying and subsequent visual inspection of each of the plates
  • An additional UV inspection can also be applied for here!

After the inspection, the plates are resealed in accordance with the stipulations and specifications. Complete devices are subsequently subjected to a pressure test with the customary test pressure. This ensures that you receive a fully functioning device or plate packet respectively.
